It was my high school days when I was absorbed in Beatles music. I rented their CDs and recorded them on cassette tapes to listen to Walkman. Looking back that, Beatles was a kind of catalyst to learn English language.
Last weekend, I went to see “Nowhere Boy”, which is a chronicle of John Lennon’s childhood, in Shinjuku. Contrary to my expectations, there was not a lot of Beatles songs that I knew in the movie. However, I felt it too short and wanted to see more. 100 minutes was not enough to tell us John’s story.
